About the Role
As the Director, Brand Strategy & Business Development, you will serve as the go-to marketing partner for practice groups and lawyers, helping them to build their business and client profiles. You will drive business growth, collaborating with practice leaders to develop and implement tailored marketing and business development plans that support client acquisition and retention. You’ll lead marketing initiatives including planning and executing campaigns, events, sponsorships, and other programs that enhance the firm’s profile and drive results, and you’ll do so while collaborating with a high performing team of talented creative professionals. In this position, you’ll be responsible for contributing to the strengthening of the Lerners brand and building relationships and connections across the business and legal communities.
Requirements
About You
As our ideal candidate, you have a data-driven approach, and a strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, analytics, and business development principles. You are an exceptional communicator, with impressive interpersonal skills, and the ability to coach, collaborate and build relationships across all levels. You have developed a proven track record of delivering impactful campaigns and managing multiple projects simultaneously, while also having a passion for building connections and community. These skills are complemented by your education in marketing, business administration or related field, and your previous years of progressive experience working with collaborative teams in a professional services environment.
