The Job:

We are looking for a gifted writer with HR and benefits experience. Our consulting writers wear many hats: writer, proofreader, strategist, project manager, art department liaison, design and web liaison, client contact and brilliant brainstormer. We create websites, brochures, emails, games, videos, interactive tools and more. Our content is complex and our goal is to make it simple, actionable and fun. You'll have the opportunity to work with and learn from the brightest people in the. Adjectives used to describe you should include driven, ambitious, quick-witted and creative. If you’re an ambitious, creative, detail-oriented and quick-witted wordsmith, you may be a great fit for PartnerComm business. If you live outside the Dallas/Fort Worth area, a work-at-home offer is possible. You also have the option of relocation to the DFW area — we have offices in Uptown Dallas and in Arlington.



  • Manage client needs and expectations
  • Develop relationships with clients
  • Develop strategies to address internal communication needs and objectives
  • Produce error-free content that adheres to the client’s style guidelines
  • Provide writing expertise to clients
  • Write and presenting options to clients
  • Modify copy until the client is satisfied
  • Simultaneously manage multiple projects with short deadlines
  • Effectively communicate with clients and internal creative teams


  • BA/BS/Undergraduate
  • Minimum of 7 years of writing experience, HR and benefits content preferred
  • Experience in producing copy for digital, print and broadcast channels
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • A background in HR and benefits in addition to consulting related experience
  • Conversant in mainstream technologies (e.g. Microsoft Office, Apple and supporting software)
  • Writing/Editing/Client Management experience

Additional Details:

This is a full-time job, and remote candidates may be considered. We’re based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Please no recruiters.
