Company Overview
Manitoba Public Insurance is a non-profit provincial Crown corporation that has provided basic automobile coverage since 1971. We are also responsible for driver licensing, automobile registration, and working with Manitobans to reduce risk on our roads. With more than 1,700 employees working in 13 communities across Manitoba, we’re one of the province's top 20 employers. Learning & Development

We recognize the importance of continuing education for all employees and encourage our people to enroll in courses that are of interest and benefit to them and their work. Depending on the nature of the course, financial assistance may be available to help cover some or all of the costs. Continuing education courses may be for professional development or leadership development.
Our annual performance management program begins with setting short and long-term objectives, followed by a mid-year review, then ending with an annual performance review. Employees are provided with ongoing feedback and coaching throughout the year.
