Volvo Powertrain is the Strategic Centre for powertrain issues in the Volvo Group. The scope covers complete powertrain systems, components such as engines, transmissions and driven axles, including development, manufacturing, sourcing, partnership, installation service and support in close co-operation with our customers. Volvo Powertrain has operations in Sweden, France and North- and South America and is headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Located In Hagerstown, Maryland, Volvo Powertrain North America designs, develops and manufactures powertrain systems and components, such as engines, transmissions, and drivelines.
