Job title: Physiotherapist - Residential Aged Care / Community Services

Location: Warracknabeal, VIC

In this role you will be responsible for delivering quality consumer-focused physiotherapy services across our Community Health and Clinical Care areas. The Physiotherapist is required to be an active participant of the Allied Health team, using their clinical skills and capabilities to maximise our consumer's potential to achieve optimum independence and quality of life.

Your Role:

• Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy or an equivalent qualification
• Registration as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA
• Demonstrated ability to work with a broad range of presenting problems including musculoskeletal, cardiac, pulmonary and neurological rehabilitation, disability care and paediatric conditions
• Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team and autonomously
• A progressive approach that supports a high standard of contribution to healthcare
• COVID19 vaccination evidence
• Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one
• Current and valid Police Clearance
• Current NDIS Check or willingness to obtain one
