Experienced agency recruiter ready to own a permanent desk and operate at a senior level in a specialist recruitment consultancy?

This is a hands-on 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant role for someone with a strong track record of high performance, who can take ownership and enjoys growing their own area. It suits a strong recruiter who wants more freedom and flexibility, scope, long-term opportunity, and takes initiative.

We're looking for someone experienced to take ownership of a high-demand desk within Aged & Community Care and be a key contributor to the business.

You'll operate with a good level of autonomy, be a self-starter, and build meaningful client partnerships that extend beyond transactional recruitment.

The role
- This is a senior recruitment consultancy role with ownership of a 360 desk
- Build strong, trusted client and candidate relationships and repeat business
- Be across the full 360 recruitment process and deliver quality outcomes in a skills-short market
- Provide mentoring and support where needed (without formal management expectations)
- Work closely with the Director on business priorities and growth
- Keep reporting and systems up to date and accurate

About you
- Proven experience as an agency recruiter on a permanent desk, ideally in a skills-short sector such as Healthcare / Aged Care / Community Services
- Someone who likes taking ownership, being accountable for outcomes, and is achievement-driven
- Commercial, self-directed, and able to provide genuine problem-solving consultancy
- Confident building lasting relationships with clients and candidates
- Comfortable working autonomously but still part of a small collaborative team
- Strong interviewing skills and the ability to obtain meaningful information
- Good attention to detail and follows things through properly
