About the role:
Our client is seeking a passionate and motivated Speech Pathologist to join their expanding team. Working with a diverse caseload across paediatric and adult clients, you will play an integral role in helping individuals develop their communication skills and improve their quality of life. Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
- Develop and implement individualised, evidence-based therapy plans.
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions tailored to each client's goals.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as required.
- Educate and support families and carers throughout the therapy journey.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and external stakeholders to provide coordinated care.
- Build strong therapeutic relationships while empowering clients to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
- Current Certified Practising Membership (CPSP) with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, client-centred care.
- Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Passion for supporting individuals with communication difficulties and disabilities to achieve their goals.
