Description
Our client is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join their multidisciplinary team based in South East Melbourne. You’ll work across paediatric caseloads in a community-based role, with flexibility to tailor your caseload around your area of interests. This role suits someone who is seeking autonomy, flexibility and a positive work-life balanceWhat’s on Offer :
- Competitive hourly rates from $90 - $130 per hour (dependent on experience)
- PD allowance of $1,100 per year with monthly internal/external PD days

- Fortnightly discipline specific team meetings
- Monthly presentations by senior clinicians to share knowledge and learning
- Travel to clients around the South Eastern Suburbs
- Deliver speech therapy services across paediatric OR adult populations (flexible focus depending on your skills and interests)
- Conduct assessments and provide therapy for a range of presentations including ASD, developmental delays, literacy, functional communication, and daily living skills
- Work closely with OTs, Physios, and Behavioural Specialists to ensure collaborative, holistic care
- Attend monthly educational sessions and bi-monthly team-building events (think: axe throwing, dinners, and more!)
- Degree in Speech Pathology
- SPA Membership (or eligibility)
- 2+ years of experience (preferred) in community, NDIS, or paediatric work
- Friendly, outgoing personality – you love chatting with clients and peers
- Car and driver’s licence (required for community visits)
